He said all the suspects Nasiru Garba, Umar Aliyu, Mustapha Bara’u, Sai’du Dahiru and Rilwanu Usman were matured and conspired among themselves to rape and sodomized the underage 7-year-old boy.

The saddest part of the incident is that his uncle is among those that sodomized the boy, and equally invited other friends to do the same on the underage boy at a nearby uncompleted building,” he added.

Similarly, the Commandant further said another case of rape against Suleiman Ahmad and Suleiman Hussaini, was reported to Sokoto North local government division on the 16th of October, 2022.

He urged the judiciary to facilitate the conviction of the suspects as soon as possible to ensure justice for the victims.

Dada also called on the lawyers to do everything possible to protect the right of minors as Nigerians.
