Delta APC expels ex-Deputy Chairman

The Delta State chapter of All Progressives Congress has expelled its former Deputy Chairman, Elvis Ayomanor.

The Executive Committee of the party in Sapele Ward 7, Sapele Local Government Area of Delta State, ratified his expulsion over alleged anti-party activities.

The decision was based on a recommendation of the Ward Disciplinary Committee.

According to the Executive Committee, the expulsion was pursuant to Article 21, Paragraph B (i) of the APC Constitution (as amended).

A letter expelling the former party leader was unanimously endorsed by the Chairman and 25 other members of the Ward executive.
