The ECOWAS Community Court of Justice recently convened a bilateral meeting in Conakry, Guinea, to assess the status of enforcement of its decisions in the Republic of Guinea.
The meeting brought together national authorities and key stakeholders to strengthen enforcement mechanisms, address challenges, and develop practical strategies to enhance compliance with the Court’s decisions.

The bilateral engagement forms part of activities marking the 50th anniversary of ECOWAS.
The delegation from the Court, led by the President of the Court, Ricardo Cláudio Monteiro Gonçalves, also held similar meetings in Sierra Leone and Nigeria.
