The Enugu State government on Tuesday presented the 2022 budget proposal to the Enugu state House of Assembly.
Tagged budget of ‘Sustained growth and consolidation’, the governor expressed determination to complete all ongoing projects.
The governor listed new road projects across the state, bridges, schools, and new stadia in Oji among other projects to be completed.
The Governor noted that the 2022 budget is 9.9% higher than last year’s.
In his reaction the Speaker of the Enugu state House of Assembly, Edward Ubosi eulogized the governor for not going for bogus budget.
He said the budget is not only realistic but implementable within the time frame.
