Governor AbdulRazaq Presents SUVs to Kadis of the Kwara Sharia Court of Appeal

In a bid to further strengthen the judicial sector in Kwara State, the  Governor, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has officially presented four brand new Toyota Fortuner Vehicles to the Kadis of the  State Sharia Court of Appeal.

The presentation, which took place in Ilorin, underscores the Governor’s continued commitment to supporting the justice delivery system and enhancing the operational efficiency of the Sharia Court of Appeal, one of the key pillars of the state’s judiciary.

While handing over the vehicles, Governor AbdulRazaq reiterated his administration’s resolve to ensure that all arms of government are adequately equipped to carry out their constitutional duties.

He emphasised the importance of an independent and well-resourced judiciary in promoting the rule of law and justice for all.

Receiving the vehicles on behalf of the court, the Grand Kadi of the Kwara State Sharia Court of Appeal,  Justice AbdulLateef Kamaldeen, expressed profound and sincere appreciation to the Governor for the thoughtful and caring gesture.

The Grand Kadi further noted that the provision of the vehicles will enhance the mobility and administrative functions of the Court, especially in reaching underserved areas across the state.

According to him, the gesture has added to a growing list of reforms and support measures the AbdulRazaq-led administration has extended to the judiciary.

Justice Kamaldeen therefore affirmed its dedication to institutional development and service delivery.
