The Bola Ahmed Tinubu Presidential Actualisation Movement, otherwise known as BAT-PAM, has staged a mega rally in Kaduna State and pledged to raise over four million votes for the presidential candidate and the vice-presidential candidate of the APC in the forthcoming elections.
Speaking to journalists during the rally, the group leader, Abdulhakeem Ajeseku, disclosed that BAT-PAM, in collaboration with the 100 Percent Focus Movement held the rally to sensitise and encourage Nigerians to participate in all the electoral processes up to the polling unit.
Ajeseku, the Director General and the National Coordinator of BAT-PAM, also explained that Tinubu and Shettima have what it takes to pilot the nation’s affairs if elected, adding that the duo has a good track record. They are a result-oriented set of personalities, he emphasised.
“We are going to give nothing less than 4 to 5 million votes to our principal and other APC candidates like Senator Oba Sani, Muhammad Sani Dattijo and Bello El-Rufai. We are residents of Kaduna. To that end, we want to invite the full support of all APC candidates in the state,” Ajeseku stressed.
On his part, the Northwest Zonal Coordinator of 100 Percent Focus Movement, Abubakar Tanimu, disclosed that, from their analysis of the group on Tinubu and Shettima, they are optimistic their support for the presidential candidate will yield positive results.
“For the sanctity and sanity of this country, we believe as a group that power should be shifted to the south, and of all the candidates from the south, it’s Tinubu that has the credentials, antecedent and capacity in terms of human capital, infrastructural development and wealth creation to pilot the affairs of Nigeria; hence, our support. Looking at all the groups we are working with, we intend giving our candidate 4 million votes. We have done similar activities in Lagos and Abuja, and we hope to do so also in Ilorin,” Tanimu reaffirmed.
