IDEA Africa is set to host the Climate Action Africa Forum 2024 (CAAF24) Deal Room, in partnership with Climate Action Africa and Silicon-Valley based Founder Institute,

This forum is in a move that underscores its commitment to fostering African climate tech entrepreneurship.

The Executive Director of IDEA Africa , Ifedy Eze stated that the strategic collaboration scheduled for June 19 in Lagos State, Nigeria underscores IDEA Africa’s pivotal role in advancing innovation across the African continent, with a focused emphasis on the crucial area of climate technology.

Eze emphasized the transformative potential of the Deal Room, stating, “This platform offers a gateway for African entrepreneurs to showcase their innovations to a curated audience of investors who are eager to support and scale sustainable innovations.

“It is important to note that the event is not a competition for pitches or prizes but one aimed at fostering meaningful connections. The focus is on nurturing dialogue and partnerships that can lead to tangible investment and support for projects, aligning perfectly with IDEA Africa’s vision for sustainable development.
