IPCSL-USA Declares Committement to Economic Development And Job Creation In Nigeria

The International Police Chaplain Sustainable Development and Law Enforcement INC., IPCSL-USA, in Nigeria, says it is committed to economic development and job creation in the country.

The new Resident Representation and
National Commandant of IPCSL-USA Nigeria, Dr. Raymond Edoh made this known at the inaugural ceremony for new executives of the organisation in Abuja, Nigeria.

Dr. Edoh promised to implement policies and initiatives that will promote economic growth, attract and create job opportunities.

He added that he is also committed to upholding the mandates of the organisation and the Sustainable Development Goals, SDG.

For this, he promised “to prioritize education through capacity building, training, and retraining of officers using a UK-based standard for efficiency while carrying out the mandate of the organization”.

Also, he promised to improve “healthcare services and accessibility for officers. I Promise to invest in healthcare infrastructure, reduce healthcare costs, provide support for vulnerable populations and staff, and Ensure that social services are available to those in need and that social welfare programs are effective and equitable”. He said.

Dr. Edoh also promised to build on Infrastructure and public services, environmental sustainability, social justice and equality, and international relations and diplomacy.

He enjoined the management of IPCSL-USA in Nigeria to work in collaboration and open communication for the betterment of the organisation.

While installing the IPCSL-USA Resident Representation in Nigeria, the Africa Coordinator/ Continental Executive Director, Amb. Johaness Makouvia stressed the need for the governing body of IPCSL-USA in Nigeria to uphold the mandates of the global body.

The inaugural ceremony featured the taking of oath of office by the Country Representative in Nigeria and other appointed officials.

Also, the out-gone Country Representative Amb. Blessing Akinlosotu while stating that the organisation produced one of the best observer reports for the 2023 General elections in Nigeria, thanked the organisation for the cooperation during his tenure.

Meanwhile, the Deputy National Commander, IPCSL-USA in Nigeria, Rtd. Gen. Lonsdale Adeoye commended the organisation for its service to humanity.
