The Labour Party (LP) in Nigeria has promised to redeem Nigeria’s glory if voted into power in the 2023 general election.
The Former Anambra State governor Mr. Peter Obi who made the statement in Lafiya, the Nasarawa State Capital, North central Nigeria, observed a minute silence for those who lost their lives during the recent flood disaster in Nigeria.

In a speech, the Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party in Nigeria, Mr. Peter Obi, said he would restore Nigeria’s glory by tackling insecurity, food security, flood disaster, and the many challenges confronting Nigerians and the country.
Mr. Obi, presented with the party’s flag by the National Chairman, affirmed that he would run an inclusive government where women and youths are his priority.
The National Chairman of the Labour Party, Mr. Julius Abure, commended the people of Nasarawa State and Nigerians from all works of life for availing themselves at the flag-off of the Labour Party Presidential campaign.
