The National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF) has praised the Nigerian Customs licensed Rolling Gazing bonded terminal for meeting operational standards.
The praise came after NAGAFF’s Trade Advocacy Committee inspected the terminal in Lagos state.

The team assessed the facility’s automation, top-tier cargo handling equipment, the security arrangement warehouse structures, office accommodation, security systems, power supply arrangements as well as operational preparedness.
The founder of NAGAFF, Dr Boniface Aniebonam who led the delegation said “The infrastructure is available, the equipment is functional, and the operators are fully prepared for business,” .
He stressed the importance of modern bonded terminals in addressing logistics challenges in the maritime sector.
Also speaking, the Chairman of the Trade Advocacy Committee, Dr. Increase Uche, described the facility as well-equipped and service-driven, saying the facility strategic location and expansion potential will facilitate its future development into a major logistics hub.
“ We have gone round the facility , what we have seen is convincing, Rolling Gazing bonded terminal is ready for business “ Uche said.
He said the team decided to visit all bonded terminals in Nigeria following growing concerns over operational inefficiencies, inadequate infrastructure and poor service delivery within the cargo logistics chain.
According to the Operational Manager of the facility, Stanley Enoma, the terminal operates with advanced Terminal Operating System and Electronic Data Interchange platforms and is expanding capacity to handle up to 5,000 Twenty-foot Equivalent Units.
The assessment is part of nationwide inspection by NAGAFF to identify service gaps and promote trade facilitation across Nigerian ports.
The outcome of the assessment is expected to generate reports for recommendations, operational reforms and improvements to enhance competitiveness of Nigeria’s logistics and trade facilitation sector.
