The chairman of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), Professor Abdullahi Saleh, hosted a dinner on Monday in honour of Nigerian journalists who covered the 2025 Hajj operations in Saudi Arabia.
The event, held at the commission’s office in Makkah, was organised to recognise the media’s role in ensuring timely and accurate coverage of the pilgrimage.

The Assistant Director of the Public Relations and Media Unit, Fatima Sanda Usara, thanked Allah for the success of the operation and commended the journalists for fulfilling their responsibilities.
On behalf of his colleagues, journalist Nasir Adam El-Hikaya expressed appreciation for the commission’s support, stating that it enabled them to perform their duties effectively during the Hajj exercise.
