Nasarawa Governor Sule consoles the Late Mantu’s family.

Nasarawa state Governor Abdullahi Sule has described the death of former Deputy Senate President Nasir Mantu as a painful one and a huge loss to the nation.

This was contained in a statement issued to journalists in Lafia, signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Ibrahim Addra.

He said that Governor Sule described the late political titan as amiable, down to earth, a gentleman, and a friend.

Sule made these remarks at the residence of the late Mantu during a condolence visit to the family on Friday in Abuja.

According to him, the condolence register was signed and praying to Allah to grant the deceased Rahama and protect his family.

The Nasarawa state Governor was received on behalf of the family by the son of the deceased Musa Mantu.
