The Nasarawa State Police Command has welcomed 213 new police constables to the state.
The new constables according to the Commands Spokesperson, DSP Ramhan Nansel are all indigenes of the state.
The State Commissioner of Police, CP Maiyaki Muhammed Baba advised them to be civil to members of the public, and refrain from corrupt practices while discharging their statutory duties with humility, honesty, and respect for human rights.
He further charged the newly recruited constables to be disciplined, as discipline is the bedrock of the force. He noted that anyone caught or found wanting, would be shown the way out of the Nigeria Police Force.
Baba urged the Police Constables to be on good behaviour and wished them a fruitful carrier in the Police.
The 213 Police Constables passed out successfully from training at the Police Training School, Nwanune, Benue State.
