In a post-match interview, EFCC FC Coach Adeyemi Sani said he was disappointed with the scoreline.

“We had a good performance in the first half of the game but we failed in the second half. Our team will play more games in the upcoming days, so if we go back home we will strategise for the next match, the league is just starting,” he said.

On his part, Wikki Tourists Chief Coach Azeez Mohammed said the match was wonderful as they secured three points in their first game in the league.

“We have started well; we will continue to improve as the league progresses because we have more matches ahead.

“We are going to look at the grey areas to make the team more formidable.” Mohammed said.
