NNPC bags more Transparency Awards

The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) has been conferred with yet another award, “Most Accountable and Transparent Government Agency Meritorious Award” by an online news medium, Swift Reporters.

Presenting the award to Mallam Mele Kolo Kyari, @MKKyari, the Group Managing Director, NNPC, the Publisher, Mr. Adewole Kehinde, said, “the Corporation under the current leadership has promoted and demonstrated transparency and accountability in all spheres of its operations and in its dealings with stakeholders.”

While receiving the 2020 Most Accountable and Transparent Government Agency award, on behalf of the NNPC in Abuja, Kyari said that the NNPC is owned by Nigerians; therefore he dedicated the award to Nigerians.

He promised to sustain the Transparency, Accountability and Performance Excellence (TAPE) initiative.
