The National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, has fixed Wednesday, November 19, 2025, for the commencement of the 2025 Batch ‘C’ Orientation Course across all orientation camps in Nigeria.
In a statement signed by the Director of Information and Public Relations, Caroline Embu the registration for all Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) will begin the same day and close at midnight on Friday, November 21, 2025.
The statement reads; “the Swearing-in Ceremony will hold on Friday, November 21, while the Closing Ceremony is scheduled for Tuesday, December 9, 2025.”
Beyond national service, the NYSC continues to serve as a vital platform for youth empowerment, skills acquisition, and national integration, fostering unity and understanding among young Nigerians from diverse backgrounds.
The orientation programme remains a key step in preparing graduates for community development and active participation in nation-building.
NYSC Director-General, Brigadier General Olakunle Nafiu, wished all Prospective Corps Members a safe journey to their respective camps and cautioned them against travelling at night.
