President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived in Owerri, the Imo State capital for the opening ceremony of the 2022 conference and retreat for Police Officers.
The Nigerian Leader who touched down at the Sam Mbakwe International Cargo Airport Owerri, was received by the Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma and the Inspector General of Police, Usman Alkali.
The 2022 annual Police Officers Conference and Retreat has as theme: “The Imperative of a Nigeria Police Strategic Plan for Peaceful Elections.”

As part of his itinerary, the President will be hosted to lunch by Governor Uzodinma immediately after the opening ceremony of the conference.
He will later return to Abuja after lunch.
