President Tinubu Felicitates Chief John Odeyemi at 85

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has extended his felicitations to Chief John Agboola Odeyemi, MFR, the Obasewa of Ile-Ife, on the occasion of his 85th birthday.

The President in a congratulatory statement signed by his Spokesperson, Ajuri Ngelale, commended the business leader for his contributions to the nation in industry, philanthropy as well as other spheres of life spanning decades.

The President joins the family and friends of Dr. Odeyemi in celebrating the corporate-sector leader, extolling his indelible achievements in Nigeria’s enterprise boardrooms.

The President wishes Chief Odeyemi many more fulfilling years filled with joy, warmth, and happiness.

Chief (Dr.) John Agboola Odeyemi is the Obasewa of Ife and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

He was born in Ile-Ife on 4th April, 1939, finished Elementary Education at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic School, Ile-Ife in 1954 and later trained as a Higher Elementary Teacher.
