The Nigerian senate has confirmed that a delegation of its committee on foreign affairs will be visiting Senator Ike Ekweremadu and his wife in London.
President of the senate Ahmad Lawan who made the confirmation on Wednesday, also announced that the team is scheduled to depart Abuja for London in two days time. (Friday).

According to him, the senate team would be engaging various concerned stakeholders like the High Commissioners, & official of the Foreign Affairs Ministry, since the matter is pending in court.
