Senator Mohammed Danjuma Goje, representing Gombe Central Senatorial District of Gombe State in the National Assembly, has revalidated his membership of the All Progressive Congress, APC, in his hometown, Kashere, Akko Local Government Area of Gombe State.
After the revalidation, the former Gombe State Governor called on people desiring of joining the party to come out and be registered, while encouraging old members to revalidate their membership.
Senator Goje said the membership was a weapon that should be counted more important, hence to come out and revalidate their membership to enable them contest and re-contest in the next election.
He also commended the orderly and peaceful conduct of the registration by the party officials as well as old and new members.
The exercise is expected to be held in all the 2,218 polling units of the State under the chairmanship of Dr. Danjuma Dabo committee who had earlier promised a hitch free exercise.
