Ukraine Crisis: Third Batch of Nigerians return from Hungary

The Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM) has confirmed that the third batch of Nigerians from Budapest, Hungary arrived at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport in Abuja on Friday night March 4, 2022, at about 11:50 pm.

NIDCOM Chairman, Abike Dabiri-Erewa made this known via the Commission’s Twitter handle @nidcom_gov.

It would be recalled that the first batch of Nigerians from Romania arrived in Abuja at 7.10 am on Friday morning, March 4, 2022, while the second batch from Poland arrived at 6:35 pm on Friday evening.

The third batch fled to Hungary when the Ukraine war escalated before they were evacuated by the Nigerian Government.
