Voice of Nigeria sets agenda for global impact

Voice of Nigeria (VON), has declared open its 2024 Management Retreat to discuss issues and set agenda that will reshape the agency for global impact.

The Director General of VON, Mr. Jibrin Baba Ndace, while declaring the retreat open said “People, Platform, and Partnerships—these are the pillars of my strategic vision for VON.”

Mr. Ndache made the statement at the Voice of Nigeria’s Management Retreat 2024 in Abuja Nigeria’s Capital, with the theme; “Voice of Nigeria in the 21st Century: Restrategising for Global Impact.”

The Director General who encouraged the participants at the retreat said the People, Platform, and Partnerships principles guide the initiative of the organisation and will shape the future of VON as a pillar of Nigeria.

He urged the Staff and Management of the organisation to share their ideas and insights openly together, and define a clear path for VON’s future, keeping in mind the theme, “VON in the 21st Century: Restrategizing for Global Impact.”

He noted that the theme embodies the commitment to innovate, strengthen the digital and broadcast presence, and engage audiences at every level.

Mr. Ndache also said that the expertise and insights shared at the retreat will be invaluable as they lay the groundwork for VON’s future.

He further commended the staff and management for their dedication to service and hard work.

Other stakeholders lauded Voice of Nigeria for its role in projecting Nigeria and Africa in a positive image.
