Polychlorinated Biphenyls: Nigerian Government engages stakeholders on regulations & guidelines

Concerned about the environmental and health hazards associated with the indiscriminate use of Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCB), the Nigerian Government has engaged stakeholders in the power sector on existing regulations and guidelines.
Nigeria’s power sector stakeholders like state counsels, regulatory officers, power operators and custom officers converged on Calabar, the capital of Cross River State, Southern Nigeria, for a 3-day training workshop on the application of PCBs’ regulations and guidelines for environmentally sound management.
