Election Victory: Niger State Governor Congratulates Counterpart, Hope Uzodimma, Others

The Niger State Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago has congratulated the Imo State Governor and Chairman of the Progressive Governors’ Forum, Hope Uzodinma, on his re-election in the 11 November off-cycle guber polls.

He also extended felicitations to the re-elected Governor Douye Diri of Bayelsa State and Governor-elect of Kogi State, Usman Ododo, on their election victories.

In a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, Governor Umaru Bago described Uzodinma’s victory as “deserving”, emphasizing that his re-election was a confirmation of the positive impact recorded in his first term.
Governor Bago urged his Imo State counterpart to redouble his achievements in the next four years, leaving unprecedented landmarks in the state.
He also encouraged Governor Uzodinma to be magnanimous in victory, extending the hand of fellowship to all those who contested with him for the overall benefit of the state.
