The Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Sadiya Umar Farouq, has commiserated with the President and Commander- in – Chief of the Armed Forces of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, the Military and Families of the victims of the plane crash that occurred in Kaduna State.
The military plane crash claimed the lives of the Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Ibrahim Attahiru and 10 other Officers.
The Minister mourned the victims and prayed for the souls of the departed.
“I received with shock the news of the air crash which is coming just few months after the last military plane crash in the country. It is sad and quiet devastating. I pray that such will never happen again”. The Minister said.
