“All inconveniences are highly regretted.”

The Administration Secretary in charge of Abia, Mr Clement Oha had told the Press in a briefing on Sunday about the proposed election in the affected local government areas.

Mr Oha said that the fresh poll was due to the result of various degrees of discrepancies in the procedures that were violent to some extent.

He said; “The commission in its wisdom felt that the credibility of the election should not be compromised and that there should be no winner by default.

“So, an election must take place in the affected polling units on Monday.”
