Kano Deputy Governor, Speaker Celebrate Governor Yusuf At 62

The Deputy Governor of Kano State, Aminu Abdussalam Gwarzo, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf on his 62nd birthday, praising his visionary leadership and steadfast commitment to the progress of Kano State.

In a press statement issued by his spokesperson, Ibrahim Shuaibu, the deputy governor referred to Governor Yusuf as a “tireless and dedicated leader” whose exemplary governance has reignited hope and propelled advancement throughout the state.

He commended the governor’s significant achievements in critical sectors such as education, healthcare, and infrastructure.

“Kano State is fortunate to have a leader of your caliber. Your tireless efforts to improve the lives of Kano’s people have set a benchmark for excellence in governance. We celebrate not just your birthday but your remarkable achievements,” he said.

The deputy governor also highlighted Governor Yusuf’s humility and ability to unify Kano’s diverse communities, emphasizing his role in fostering peace and sustainable development.

Also, the Kano State Speaker House of Assembly, Jibril Falgore, has congratulated the governor on his 62nd birthday.

In a press statement by his spokesperson Kamaluddeen Shawai, the Speaker portrayed Governor Yusuf as an exemplary and courageous leader who has not been distracted from serving the good people of Kano State, despite a series of legal and political challenges both within and outside the state.

“As a man of dignity and honour, you have obviously shown an unwavering commitment to the overall development of Kano State since you became governor.

“The Kano people have witnessed unprecedented achievements in both physical and human capital development, especially in the areas of education, provision of healthcare services, agriculture, women and youth employment and empowerment, as well as the provision of critical infrastructure across the state,” Falgore said.
