South American Music star Nicki Minaj returns to music with a hit song after a break from her music career.
The 38-year-old rapper said she was going through things and needed time to focus on being a mum, she had taken time off social media and making music to focus on her life.
Minaj had disclosed on her instagram live video that she was going through some things that forced her to take a step back from the limelight. The singer had recently welcomed their baby boy. She had also been grieving after losing her dad, who died after a hit and run accident.
Minaj thanked her fans for always being there for her.
During the Instagram live, Minaj revealed that she is currently working on a new album and even disclosed that she recorded a few songs the previous night.
Her new album will be followed up by a documentary that she mentioned will be out soon.
