NPFL Reschedules Rivers United Matches
The board of the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, has rescheduled the Match Day 13 game between Rivers United and Sporting Lagos.
The game which was initially scheduled to take place on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, will now be played on Thursday, February 8, 2024.
The encounter is billed for the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan.
Both teams will be meeting for the first time in the history of the NPFL.
The game was moved from the initial date due to the Super Eagles Africa Cup of Nations semi-final match in Cote d’Ivoire.
Nigeria will lock horns against South Africa at the Stade de la Paix, Bouake.
