President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will, on Monday, 1st of January 2024, address Nigerians in a nationwide New Year’s Day broadcast.
A statement by the President’s Spokesperson, Ajuri Ngelale, said that the president will address the nation by 7:00 a.m. local time.

“Television, radio stations, and other electronic media outlets are enjoined to hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority and the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria for the broadcast,” the statement read.
