The Sokoto State Governor, Ahmad Aliyu Sokoto has appointed Bello Muhammad Sifawa and Aminu Haliru Dikko as Secretary to the State Government and Chief of Staff.
Governor Aliyu also appointed Barrister Gandi Umar Muhammad as Senior Special Assistant on administration, as well as Hussaini Umar Gorau as Senior Special Assistant (PA).
Others appointed are: Bello Yahaya Wurno as Senior Special Assistant on Inter-Governmental and Multilateral Relations and Faruk Labbo as Special Assistant Domestic.
Governor Aliyu’s Press Secretary, Abubakar Bawa, also announced that Faruk Ahmad Shuni was appointed as Special Assistant Protocol.
He added that the appointments take immediate effect.
