Tonto Dike returns to Nollywood
Nigerian actress Tonto Dike has returned from her self-imposed break from film-making to Nollywood.
Dike has been conspicuously missing from the Big Screen since 2017 – being involved more in humanitarian causes as well as other business ventures.
But now the Rivers state-born thespian is currently on the film set of ‘Beggars Children’ directed by legendary home video filmmaker Tchidi Chikere.
She took to Instagram, expressing happiness at returning to film making
“My director and producer have been so amazing to me on the set. Actually 1 of the most professional crew and set I’ve seen in years.. BUT MY PROBLEM IS MY HEART LEFT A LONG TIME AGO. It’s hard now..,” she said.
Other stars in this movie include Angela Okorie and Doris Ogala.
