Road blocks were seen mounted by security officials at certain areas of the roads across the State.
Some residents were seen trekking to their polling units while some took to bicycles to fulfill their franchise
In polling unit 008 in Government Trade Centre Ebonyi local government area of Ebonyi State adhoc staff and officials of Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, were on ground.
So far at the Polling Unit, voters are confronted with the challenge of no ink for thumb printing.
The thumb printing feature of the BVAS is not responding positively while the INEC officials resulted to the engagement of the pictorial option of the machine.
