Ahead of their forthcoming World Cup play-off against Nigeria, Black Stars head coach, Otto Addo is set to submit his squad list to the management committee set up by the Ghana Football Association on Thursday.

According to ghanaweb.com, quoting a radio station in Ghana, Kessben FM, the former player has until Thursday to submit the squad list to the management committee.

The six-man committee made up of GFA vice president, Mark Addo – Chairman, Kwasi Agyemang – Vice Chairman, Samuel Kuffuor, Kwame Bamfo, former Ghana captain Stephen Appiah, Colonel Kwadwo Damoah (retd.) and Alhaji Karim Grusah, will review the list before an official announcement.

The report added that Addo had been working hard to convince some Ghanaian players born abroad to commit their international careers to the Black Stars, fuelling speculations that new faces are expected in the squad.

The first leg of the two-legged affair will take place in Cape Coast on Friday, March 25 with the return leg scheduled to hold four days later at the Moshhod Abiola National Stadium in Abuja.

The winners of the double-header will join four other African nations at the Mundial in December in Qatar.
