As part of activities of the year, the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) Lagos West along with Youth Organisation of Gospel Baptist Conference of Nigeria (YOGBACON) Lagos State Chapter have donated to the inmates of Medium Custodial Center, Badagry Lagos.
The youths, led by the Vice Chairman NYCN Lagos West Comrade, Jamiu Ademosu embarked on Prison outreach with the aim of reaching out to the incarcerated ones at the Medium Custodial Centre in Badagry, Lagos state.
Receiving the youths, the Principal of the College, ASP Sanni Ojo Richard said that the Medium Custodial Center Badagry is one of the oldest prisons in Nigeria established in 1875 during the slave trade in colonial facilities.
He further enlightened the youths on the different categories of inmates in the custody.
As a way of showing support, Comrade Ademosu Jamiu led the presentation of gift items like clothes, detergents, shoes, and beverages to the principal of the center.
