At the end of Tuesday’s trading session on the Nigerian Exchange(NGX), a total of 270.09 million shares were traded in 3,753 deals, with a market value of N2.3 billion.

The benchmark NGX All-Share Index pared 93.6 points or 0.22% to close at 42,317.52, while the market capitalisation dropped to N22.081 trillion from N22.130 trillion on Monday.

A total of 97 equities participated in trading on Tuesday ending with 13 gainers and 18 losers.

Custodian and Allied led the gainers with N0.70k gain to close at N7.80 followed by Royal Exchange with a gain of N0.05k to close at N0.63k, then Meyer with N0.03k gain to close at N0.39k.

On the other hand, UPDC Real Estate Investment was top on the losers list having lost N0.30k to close at N4.20k. It was followed by Japaul Gold and Ventures with a price depreciation of N0.02k to close at N0.37k and Caverton Offshore Support Group with a loss of N0.08k to close at N1.65k.
