The Legislative stakeholders’ workshop on the National Information Technology Development Agency, (NITDA) Draft Bill for Senate Committee on Information and Communications Technology, ICT is currently ongoing in Abuja, the nation’s capital
The NITDA disclosed this via its official Twitter handle on Wednesday, February 24, 2021.
The workshop also includes the Cybercrime and House of Representative Committee on ICT.
According to the NITDA; “The workshop aims at enlightening the National Assembly members on NITDA Draft Bill and the Digital Economy Policy and Strategy for a Digital Nigeria,” the Agency tweeted.
In attendance are; NITDA Director-General, Kashifu Inuwa, Chairman, House Committee on Information and Communication Technology, Abubakar Lado Abdullahi, Chairman, Senate Committee on ICT and Cybercrime, Senator Yakubu Oseni with other stakeholders.
