A former presidential aspirant of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), Mrs Cesnabmihilo Dorothy Nuhu-Aken’ova, has congratulated the All Progressives Congress (APC) on the victory of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as president-elect of Nigeria at the polls.

The politician,  who is now a member of the APC, described the victory as well deserved. She said that she defected from the SDP and registered with the APC because she saw the winning potential. She was happy that she and her supporters voted for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Senator Kashim Shettima, the Vice-President elect.

“Immediately he is sworn-in, young people would enjoy uninterrupted school calendar, job opportunities, career growth and development.
“There will be development and learning opportunities that will equip them to serve the country and the world at large, to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with their peers across the globe while Nigerians, especially the most marginalized,  will have access to quality and holistic healthcare which has hitherto been the reserve of the rich and a select few,” she said.

Mrs Cesnabmihilo Dorothy Nuhu-Aken’ova, however, called on the opposition candidates to accept defeat for the entrenchment of democratic governance through the rule of law.
