President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has urged Nigerians to sustain the spirit of goodwill and devotion cultivated during Ramadan by continuing acts of kindness, selflessness, and commitment to good deeds.
The President made the call on Sunday after observing the Eid-Al-Fitr prayers at the National Eid ground in Abuja.
“As Ramadan ends, may its blessings remain with us, bringing renewal, peace and progress to our nation. Eid Mubarak to all Nigerians,” he said. #EidMubarak #Nigeria pic.twitter.com/yB20lfUr0y

The President encouraged citizens to avoid reverting to past habits and instead strive to lead lives grounded in integrity, devotion, and a genuine concern for the well-being of others.
“Do not go back to the past; instead, let the lessons of Ramadan guide your actions moving forward,” he said.
The President’s message resonated with the celebratory mood of Eid Al-Fitr, the Islamic festival marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan, a time for charity, gratitude, and strengthening communal bonds.
Joining President Tinubu at the Eid prayers were Vice President Kashim Shettima, Deputy Senate President Barau Jibrin, National Security Adviser Nuhu Ribadu and several members of the Federal Executive Council and lawmakers.
