The White House says it held a “productive and constructive” meeting with Dario Amodei, CEO of Anthropic, despite an ongoing legal dispute between the company and the US Department of Defense.
The talks were attended by Scott Bessent and Susie Wiles, which focused on potential collaboration and how to balance AI innovation with safety concerns.
This comes shortly after Anthropic introduced Claude Mythos, a powerful AI system capable of identifying and exploiting software vulnerabilities, which is currently raising cybersecurity concerns.
