Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has praised the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, for his unwavering support for the state’s development as he turns 86.
The Governor described the monarch as a peace-loving leader whose commitment to the well-being of his people has continued to set him apart.
AbdulRazaq said the Emir has remained a pillar of stability in the Ilorin Emirate and Kwara State at large, noting that his leadership has helped to sustain harmony and unity among the people.
He specifically acknowledged the royal father’s consistent backing of his administration’s policies and programmes, which he said have contributed to the steady progress being recorded across key sectors in the state.
The Governor also joined the people of Ilorin Emirate and the wider Kwara community in celebrating the monarch, thanking God for granting him a long and impactful life.
He prayed that God would continue to preserve the Emir in good health and grant him many more years of happiness and service to humanity.
