The Anambra State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Senator Emma Anosike says grassroots visibility of the party is a clear sign of its resilience and readiness to win the 2027 elections.

Speaking shortly after inauguration of the party’s State Officers and Heads of Directorates at its secretariat in Awka, Anosike reiterated the party’s commitment to showcase its political strength in the state.

He said; “As far as we are concerned, we are out for this election, we are going to do everything possible to win.

”We are very ready for this election. We are not looking back, and we are not joking with it. We are going to send our best candidates to Abuja to work with Mr. President.

“I want to say that every member of our party that has made up his mind to contest for this election should please come out in full force to contest.”

Anosike insisted that the party’s ultimate goal is to win elections, citing its ongoing political activities, sensitisation, and restoration geared towards achieving acceptance of the electorate during the polls.

He said; “APC of today has woken up seriously in Anambra, and for the first time, we have created a space where we identify ourselves with our ID cards. We are proud of our party, and we are strongly behind President Bola Tinubu.”

Acknowledging that the party remains a viable political force in the nation, he decried activities of those hiding under the mantra of “Progressives working together” to confuse the people.

While highlighting that it had provided a solid platform for good governance, Anosike challenged the distractors to either defect or leave the party alone.
