The University of Lagos has released its 2021/2021 Post- Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, P-UTME, result a week after the screening exercise.
The school urged candidates who participated in the just concluded examination to check their results using their jamb registration number.
Briefing the Press, the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Oluwaatoyin Ogundipe said; “over 22,000 candidates applied for the P-UTME; many succeeded in writing the cloud-based testing system. Candidates sat for the test from every part of the world although some of them had complaints.”
He said; “A total of 1,500 candidates wrote the exams. 34 of the various registered complaints were addressed with some having their exams rescheduled and no candidate was logged out of the exam. People who flout the rules, however, are warned and flagged but not prevented from using up the time allotted them. “
A total of 40 Questions of English, Mathematics and General Paper were apportioned the candidates, to be completed in 30 minutes.
Since the resumption of tertiary institutions in Nigeria, many universities had commenced academic activities online pending when all preventive measures are in place within the school campuses to prevent spreading the COVID-19 virus amongst students.
