Despite not breaking much sweat in the race, Tobi Express ran a Meet Record of 12.72s to win this event at the New Taipei Athletics Open meet.

The victory in Taiwan marks Amusan’s third win in five competitive outings this season and keeps her perfect 2026 record of never finishing off the podium intact.

With major global championships and the Diamond League Final looming later in the year, Amusan’s masterclass in New Taipei City serves notice to her international rivals that she is in peak physical condition and hungry for more silverware.
