Best Standard: Former Army Chief lauds University Vice Chancellor

The former Chief of Army Staff, Tukur Buratai has lauded the efforts of the Vice Chancellor of Nigerian Army University Biu (NAUB) in Borno State, Professor Kyari Muhammad for upgrading the institutions to the best standard as well as enhancing the welfare of the staff.

He gave the commendation during a reception organized in honour of the departing Nigerian Army university registrar, Major General SS Ibrahim who was promoted and posted as the provost, Army College of Education.

General Buratai congratulated the officer on his promotion at the event which took place at the University premises in Biu, Borno State and also urged them to do more in their capacity to deliver the mandate of the Nigerian Army in their new post.

The VC appreciate the efforts and concern of Buratai towards the university and assured him that the management of the university would do everything possible to uplift the value of the university to be the best among its peer in the country and the world at large.

He equally urged the promoted officer and the outgoing registrar of the Army University to put in their best.

Major General SS Ibrahim while expressing his appreciation says he has learned a lot serving under the VC Nigerian Army University Biu.

“If you work with my VC you can work with anyone in the world, the good the bad and the ugly once you are committed and have passion for the Job

“I also want to assure  the Special Guest of Honour that Nigerian Army University Biu is one of the best in the country, we are hitting over 5000 applications.’’
