The People’s Democratic Party PDP in Ebonyi State Southeast Nigeria has Inaugurated its Campaign Council to ensure the success of the party during the forthcoming election.
The party appointed Chief Agustin Igwe-Edeze as the Director- General of the Council.
The Gubernatorial Candidate of the Party, Dr Ifeanyi-Chukwuma Odii disclosed this to Journalists immediately after the Inauguration at the party Secretariat in Abakaliki the State Capital.
Dr Odii gave the newly inaugurated Council 48 hours to put in place what it will take to ensure that the party is victorious in this 2023 general election.
“I have just inaugurated the campaign council today and the campaign management and I have given them the charge to go and work out the time table for our campaign to commence. I have given them a marching order that within the next 48 hours, they should be able to come up with calendar for our campaign”
“Ebonyi People have been waiting for us and we are ready to move,” Odii said.
On his part, the newly inaugurated Director-General of the Campaign Council, Chief Agustin Igwe-Edeze thanked PDP for finding him worthy to be serve them in that capacity.
Igwe-Edeze promised to make sure that the party emerges victorious in the forthcoming general election.
