Borno State Governor expresses satisfaction with voting process

Governor Babagana Umara Zulum of Borno state has cast his vote in his home town in Mafa Loacal Government Area of the state.

The governor was accredited at his polling unit of Ajari ward, unit no 006 and at the same time he cast his vote at exactly 12:00 noon.

The governor in a brief interview with journalists right after exercising his franchise told newsmen that he is satisfied with the process so far.

“I’m relatively satisfied with what I have seen so far, even though I’m just coming I won’t know what is been transpired in other polling units, I will have to go round to see for myself if it’s running smoothly,” the Governor said.

Governor Zulum urged everyone to vote in a responsible manner and should understand that God gives power to whom he pleases.

Earlier before the governor’s accreditation, the INEC officials told Journalists that the polling unit BVAS A-J has 863 registered voters while BVAS K-Z has 809 registered voters.
