The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mr. Femi Gbajabiamila, has rejoiced with Nigerian children on this year’s Children’s Day.

Mr. Gbajabiamila says in line with the popular maxim, Nigerian children are truly the leaders of tomorrow because of the enormous potential they possess.

In a statement to commemorate the day, the Speaker noted that Nigerian children must imbibe good morals and face their studies squarely.

He urged the children “to be worthy ambassadors wherever they find themselves, as there is nothing as priceless as good morals.”

Mr. Gbajabiamila said as current leaders execute the task of nation-building, it is imperative for tomorrow’s leaders to aim at surpassing whatever achievements are being recorded now.

He called on Nigerian children to shun acts capable of derailing them from achieving their set goals.
