Nigeria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Tuggar, has congratulated the Republic of Congo’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Congolese Abroad, Ambassador Jean-Claude Gakosso, on the country’s 65th Independence Anniversary.
