President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the national publicity secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Mr Felix Morka, on his 61st birthday.
The President in a congratulatory message issued on Saturday by his Spokesperson, Mr Bayo Onanuga, commended the national publicity secretary for the maturity and wisdom he brings to the position and for ensuring effective internal and external communications.
